Rates

All rates are for 30 day minimum stay, utilities are included for stays up to six months.  We are pleased to offer 10% discount for active duty military off of the rates below.  No subletting is allowed, however, we are open to sharing arrangements for military and will work with you to stay within your combined BAH.

Main House:  $4,300/  Month

Bungalow:     $2,400 - $2,800 / Month

Treehouse:    $1,800/ -2,000 / Month

Bungalow & Treehouse:  $4,500/Month

Main House & Treehouse*: $6,000/Month

Entire Compound**:  $8,500/Month
