The best airbnb experience I have had yet. As a host, Peter went above and beyond. As someone who has stayed at hundreds of airbnbs, he was the BEST airbnb host I have had so far.. A genuinely incredible host!
I cannot recommend Peter, and this Airbnb on Annie Street enough. Thanks, Peter for a stay I won’t ever forget.

Great place to stay for a month or longer in Austin. The location is perfect, situated between South Congress and 1st Street with restaurants, shops, music venues, and coffee shops. Close enough to walk to Lady Bird Lake, Barton Springs Pool, and Zilker Park. And quick uber/drive to downtown. Free parking was a plus. The unit is comfortable and stocked with all you need. While the shaded lot keeps things cool in the Austin heat (AC works great too). Most importantly, Pete is an excellent host — available, friendly, and helpful.

Pete was an excellent host-always going above and beyond to be sure we were happy. The bungalow is cute and cozy with a nice outdoor area when it is cooler. The location couldn’t be better -felt safe walking and so close to coffee spots, restaurants and walking paths and a short uber away from the actual downtown area. An excellent location, great host and comfortable place.
